Please power down your HALO dish by switching the red / black power switch off, wait for 5 seconds and then switch the red / black power switch back on. Normal operational control will be restored.

If your dish is trying to deploy but only goes up and then straight back down, please check that the yellow ignition wire is connected correctly to the vehicles ignition system. If not please contact an auto-electrician for further assistance.

If your Dish is continuously spinning, please firstly turn the power off to your dish and check that your dish base plate is level and that there are no trees in the path to the satellite.  You may have to move your vehicle onto more level ground and away from trees in the path to the satellite. Once re-positioned please re-apply power to your dish and press deploy. You may have to wait for a period of up to 10 minutes for your dish to lock onto the Optus 10/C1/D3 satellite.

If your controller front panel display is flashing / strobing just a white light then there is a fault with your battery system supplying voltage to your auto tracking dish system. Please contact an auto-electrician to check and rectify your battery supply voltage to your auto tracking dish system.
